What is your favourite Indian dessert,I love gulabjaman?!
Answers: I love indian pistachio ic cream and the milk pudding with slivers of almonds, raisins and something like spaghetti in it. I don't know what its called.

My personal favourite is the Rajasthani. Bit hot but quite scenic.

I don't particularly like Indian desserts, they're all so sweet. Although I do like ladoo, and the sweets like ladoo that they do in Royal Sweet shops. [I'm Indian so I have all of these things first hand].

I am a former chef and love all the one's mentioned and a few more like Halwa, a carrot and condensed milk cross between a pudding and a fudge like bulfi, Kulfi is great, I just bought 12 molds in Toronto Canada to make it.
Ladoo is also one fo my all time favorites, Jelibi a sort of dough like pastry dipped in syrup is another one I pick up when I go shopping, but for a real taste treat and if can find it is one of the Sooji's, made with semolina and milk it is something different.
I spell it "gulab jamun"... but whichever way you spell it, it is also the "Perfect Dessert" for me after an Indian meal. I love it so much, i call my friend's 5 year old princess "gulabjamun" - really cute and sweet!

Jalebis, kheer, ras-malai, ludhoo...there are soo many..but they're so SICKLY sweet.
