Im middle eastern and have had the same experience over 10 years ago when i was 17 or so...
It really depends on the place you go to..some owners of the place will not card you and wont care what age you are and will offer you a hookah...however, there are some places that are very strict because afterall it is like smoking a cigarette and the law in the U.S. requires to be 18 yrs. of age..so some places can get in trouble for serving to minors..so again, it really depends on the place....they may care..they may not care..you are gonna have to find out the hookah lounges in your area where they dont care what age you are...have fun!

Do you live in CA? maybe I can help you find a place?? Report It

  • I went to a hookah place a few times when I was younger, and was never questioned.. they probably wont care, but if you're really concerned, have your older friend order it, and only smoke it when the waiter is not around.

If the guy questions you, either tell him you're not smoking, or tell him you don't have your driver's license on you.

I'm sure you wont have a problem though.

    Have fun!

You shouldnt be smoking ANYTHING at all!
