Answers: Any places in Nashua, Manchester etc. and in Burlington, MA with sushi and ramen bars and also these places can be romantic but, don't have to be romantic.
Try the ramen museum in Tokyo (Shinyokohama Raumen Museum). The top and most popular can be found there.
My friend used to live in NH and complained about not getting good sushi, she would go to Boston.

There's a place called Ichiraku Ramen in Fukuoka, Japan, which is the base for the Ichiraku ramen shop in the popular anime Naruto. It may be a chain, so you should look it up in a guidebook. But frankly, if you eat there, no other ramen will satisfy you again. All the noodles and soup bases are made fresh daily, so the shop is constantly filled with a miso or meat broth aroma. Their best I think is a Miso Ramen with BBQ pork, but it's really up to you to decide. And it has little Naruto characters on the napkins :)
