Nepalese cuisine?!
I'd like to find a book or some other source for instruction on Nepalese cooking. I didn't find anything immediately on Amazon or other places. Does anyone know of a decent reference?
Answers: I've been to Nepal, and I've now moved to an area where there is a restaurant specializing in Nepalese cuisine. Itt's similar to Indian, but different enough to justify its own category.
