What kind of food has all the vitemins?!

Question: Home made soup :)

Answers: Home made soup :)

GOOD OL' VEGETABLE SOUP. MAKE IT WITH CHICKEN STOCK, OR WITH CHICKEN IN THE SOUP...IT'S REALLY GREAT.
BROCCOLI IS A GREAT SOURCE.

Once while researching how to make chocolate I learned that Coco pods were one of the only foods that can provide all of the nutrition that is needed by the human body with the exception of vitamin K. This is not to say that you should go out and eat chocolate as you need to eat the entire pod which includes the fruit and the seeds. The chocolate that we are all familiar with is only made from the seeds of the coco pod.

No ONE food has all the vitamins that you need. That's why everyone says 'balanced diet'. You need to eat a balanced diet to get all of your recommended daily requirements of vitamins and minerals.

A balanced diet must contain carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins, mineral salts and fibre. It must contain these things in the correct proportions

I got something new for you , it is actually very old soup that the ancient Egyptian and indeed modern Egyptian are eating it as a vegetable ( but in form of soup) it is a green soup called MOLOKHIA (the KH read J in Spanish Jose). The Japanese recently about 5 years ago discovered that it is the king of all vegetables much better than spinach . they are making sweets crackers , soup , tablets paste and many others unfortunately we the Egyptian is still only having it as a soup. I do not know how you can get it, but you can order it from Japan.
