Marco Polo brought it to Italy during his travels

spaghetti is only one form that pasta takes: you should broaden your topic to pasta in general.

check 'pasta' on wikipedia, but also visit the site below. pasta has a fascinating history: not only is it older than italy, it is older than rome.

You can try these websites:

Hope they are useful for you.

Forget the web. You'll get better information at your school or municipal library.

You can look up encyclopedias that will tell you everything you need to know. You might be able to find Italian cookbooks with recipes, and if you try hard and you're lucky enough you might be able to find a book on Italy that talks about the significance of spaghetti to Italian culture and economy.

PS Angel Baby, the story of Marco Polo bringing back spaghetti is just a legend and I don't know how much historical support there is.

When the stars make you drool joosta like-a pasta fazool...
Here's what you should write: Italians invented spaghetti. They also invented the telephone (Antonio Meucci) when Alexander Graham Bell was still pooping his pants. And, Italians rule the world. Sorry, it's 3:30 in the morning so excuse my lack of a serious answer. lol

Try this www.pastainmuseum.com that sthe pasat museum in Roma phone is 39.06.69911109 dial 001 first
