i have eaten piranha in the suriname jungle and "rana" (toad) in el salvador. and in the netherlands, where i am from, we eat raw salted herring. it's our favorite national snack, yummie, we dip them in raw salted onions. try them any time u come to amsterdam/holland

I have tried Rocky Mountain Oysters (bull testicles). But, never again!

uummm Well I eat almost anything ALMOST anything but I'm definitely not willing to go over the limit give him a break.

yah i have eaten frog. it tastes very nasty , almost threw up.

well... it takes gut to try something new moreover if you're talking food.... maybe you'd better asked him to watch 'Bizarre Food' in 'Travel and Living; first before offering something that he thinks as weird

I love to try new things. A brief list:

Rocky Mountain Oysters
Goats Eyeball
Balut
Natto

I can't really list sushi or chitlins as weird.
The only thing I don't like are hot beets, and they are fine chilled.

Well I am currently living in japan, and one of my co-workers went to Hong Kong and brought back one of those 100 year old eggs, the ones the bury in the ground, and is all black, and i tried it, it tasted just like a hard boiled egg, but it looked frightening.

Frogs (which taste like chicken and better lol)
Fish eyes
Chicken liver, gizzard, feet
Pork liver, stomach, ear
Durian
Sea Cucumber

BTW, all these foods above are common in Asia LOL Dang! I should join ‘Fear Factor’ and win $50,000 with these guts of mine lol

i'm 14 now, and when i was around 3-4, i ate escargot (sp?) quite often.

i'm not so sure i would now, though.

(even though i do remember it as being quite tasty.)

In South Africa we have things called Mopani worms. The worms are dried and salted. Not too bad, if I should say so myself.

I am from Barbados and we eat BBQ pig tails. It sounds gross but they are really good.
