White Rice - for every 186g there is about 282 calories.

Fried Rice - for every 155g there can be anywhere from about 220 to 400 calories, depending on how it was cooked, and what kind of rice was used.

However
Brown Rice - for every 195g there is about 218 calories.

Wild Rice is even better at 164g there is about 166 calories.

If you are going for health, go with wild rice if you want you can use it to make fried rice, it tastes pretty good and is healthy for you as well.

Healthier for what? And as determnined by what?

What if you get hit by a bus on your way to pick up the rice?

Duh fried rice is cooked in grease dear so what do you think....probably white rice! was that question really worth the 5 points you wasted....uuuugggghhhh

the steamed white rice(less fat), chinese food is healthy but youshould opt for the healthier versions such as baked and steamed instead of fries, the healthiest sort is, duck with boiled noodles lol

Chinese food is healthy in general, but AMERICAN Chinese food is far from healthy. Be judicious in what you eat at a Panda Express or any other Chinese restaurant that panders to Americans. Depending on what's in the fried rice, the fried brown rice could be healthier than white rice, but I'm going to say steamed white rice is "healthier" for you.

If you want healty foods at Chinese restaurants in the US, stay away from anything Sweet and Sour and anything fried. Get some stir-fry, or learn to do stir fry at home, since it's really easy. When you do it yourself, you find that it is really not hard to do, and you can control the "healthiness" of your dishes. Steam your own white rice, and then you can use the day old white rice to make your own fried rice with fresh vegetables and meats.

White rice by far and away is healthier than the fried crap they sell to most Americans. If you're looking for the healthiest Chinese foods, stay away from anything fried and get things that are steamed.

A perfect dish that has no fat but tastes really good is white rice with steamed vegetables and mock duck with garlic sauce.

Steamed white rice is healthier than fried brown rice.

What Confusetious, the wise ancient sage remarked about food and eating:
"Waste not, eat everything!";
"If it moves, cook it!;
"flied lice tastes better!"...
...and so, since then, the Chinese live and swear by this wisdom. They eat everything and never not hungry. Oh yes, they love their "Flied Lice" too! (In general)

neither you should request brown rice/ brown fried rice

White rice of course. Anything that are fried is not healthy.
