I love Vietnamese food. It helps that my husband is vietnamese. Pho noodle soup is very good. Spring rolls are pretty much a staple but I also love Ladd nar which is noodles, meat and veggies in a light sauce. There is one of my husband's favorites banh xeo (sp?). My mother in law is an excellent cook and I've learned a few things from her.

Love it. My favorite are the vietnamese dumplings.

i like it a lot too... the taste with the mix of other stuff just makes it a perfect meal =)

no

PHO!
so good. and i like noodles. =]

it was a kind of spicey beef soup, and i loved it

Haha yea,
Pho is the best. :]

I love the soups!

it's similar to our cooking as well. like most of the food such as bun (salad made with angel hair rice noodles, lettuce, cucumber, bean sprout, and choice of meat topping either grill or stir fried, top with crushed peanuts, and french onion) with none fattening sauce which is seasoned fish sauce. mmm. delicious.

I like Vietnamese food because it's so flavorful and relatively light (not a lot fat).

I believe the cuisine emphasizes using a lot of flavors - a lot of flavorful herbs (basil, garlic, shallots), salty (fish sauce), sour (vinegars, limes), spicy (peppers) and sweet (palm sugars, rock sugar).

yes very good

The best restaurant in my town was a Vietnamese place. I ate there at least twice a week -- I'm not lying! I loved everything and to be honest I can't remember all the names. I didn't think I'd have to. I figured I'd eat there until I'd tried everything twice and had memorized the names by repetition. But the owners also owned a grocery and they closed the restaurant because it took too much time. Dang. So, I want to go try it in Vietnam next. I never had such crisp and distinct flavors before. Beautiful!

Must try Viet cuisine, Beef pho and spring roll.... LOV IT!

I like Vegetarian Pho Bo & Tofu with Eggplant and Peppers. They're really tasty.

no..but I would like to ..in my country, we have a lot of chinese, japanese, mexican and so many other restaurants ,but I have not yet seen a vietmamese one..

I have tried it, and love it. The problem I have with it and Thai food is that while I love and lust after it, I also have a MAJOUR life or death allergy to seafood. So it's always a gamble.....lol kind of like those puffer fish things

pho( or Vietnamese noodle soup) my mom cook it every month or two. THEY ARE SO DELICIOUS! the soup was hot and smell good, the noodle was soft and mushy. the chicken was fantastic!!!!!!
