Soup, especially a homemade chicken or turkey soup. That and starchy things.

toast, crackers and beef/chicken broth. nothing too heavy because your stomach will not be able to handle it. good luck and hope you feel better.

I always have lean chicken breast that I grill with no seasoning except a tiny little salt. Then I get boiled potato with the skin on with also no seasoning.

Also, I really enjoy European wieners. Its like hotdogs but has this crunchy skin kinda thing on it, not as heavy, and thinner. Sits really well for me with some toast.

In terms of fruits and veggies, I LOVE cold mandarins or oranges when Im sick. Nothings sits well with my stomach as those two. But it has to be cold. I also like cold cucumbers.

Get well:)

For some reason, chicken noodle soup is very good .It really makes you feel better and stronger. Or if you like chinese food get some wor wonton soup. Hope you feel better!!

If you are ready for solids I would go for mac and cheese. If you don't think you can handle that yet, I would stick to soup and ease into solids with saltine crackers.

applesauce rice saltines ginger ale

anything see through no sodas soup cubes are good to do lemonade hope u feel better

NY penicillin: Chicken Soup! You need to take in lots of liquids and the best way is with soups. Not heave ones like minestrone but rich "thin" ones like beef of chicken broths.
