Hello, I'm French and "cemeaux de noix" means that you have to Crush the walnut in small fragments.
Hope it's gonna help u...

Réda

recipe<-=recette

it me in of walnut....lol i am not too sure

try yahoo babel fish....
it translates words to other language!!!!

The translation would be Nut Cream.

Depending on the recipe could it be Coconut Cream/Milk? Can you post the recipe? Then it is easier.

you misspelled the word... instead of cemeaux de noix is cerneaux de noix... which means walnuts in shell

i hope this helps... here is a picture of cerneaux de noix:

noix means nuts. I couldn't find cemeaux in my Larousse French Dictionary. Are you sure of the spelling? You can go to the french answers and ask. Many of them know basic English and could help you.

Best wishes.
