In general, which curry do you prefer? Thai curry or Indian curry?!

Thats a tough question.
I love the use of chilis, coconut milk and herbs used in Thai curries. The Thai curries also have a great balance of heat, sweet, salty, creamy and aromatics.
In Indian curries, I love the endless combinations of spices you can use to make a great curry. I personally love tons of turmeric, dried chilies, fenugreek and cardamom. The bold flavors go so well with so many different types of proteins, legumes or vegetables. My favorite is mutton and dal curries. Oh yeah you can't forget the liberal use of ghee and yogurt as well to add richness and creaminess.

INDIAN. That's where's its at.
I prefer Indian curry but i do like Thai.
Now I'm going to have to try Thai curry. I don't believe I've ever had it. Indian curry I love.

But there are way more kinds of curry. What curry really is is an ethnic blend of different herbs and pastes.

There is no 1 INDIAN CURRY...there are so many different varieties of Indian curries, all so different from the rest! I like indian food because there is much more variety and much more flavor options available. Thai is all sweet for me!
