how much beef do you like in your pasta?

you can always add a little at a time, leave out the excess of pasta or beef. i would say make more pasta than you think you might need, then that way if you have to waste either of the two, its better to waste a little extra pasta.

lol there is no specific ratio. I'd use the whole box of penne with a pound of meat. There is also on ratio of sauce to use either. How you like it is how you make it, or how the people who must eat it like it, make it that way.
