Mexican. I used to hate it but then I married a mexican and now I can't get enough of it. I even like it really spicy now. Nutty.

My favourite is chinese teo chew steamed fish... It's steamed whole fish with lots of small pieces of tofu, dried mushrooms, cut tomatos, sour plums, sliced chillis. Must try!
