appetizer: cold cuts (steamed white chicken with chili and pcikled ginger condiment, jellied beef, 'century egg" pickled seaweed)
Soup: fish lip soup or clam soup
Fish: Streamed fish with soy sauce
Veggies: lohan chay or string beans szechuan style
Pork: mapo (spicy beancurd with ground pork) or spicy pepper and salt spare ribs
Fowl: peking duck served two ways or hand shredded chicken or chicken with chinese ham and mushrooms
beef: beef tenderloin chinese style
seafood: than-long crabs or crab with bean thread noodles hot pot, or szechuan shrimp, clams in black bean sauce, shrimp toast with ham
dessert egg custard roll or fresh fruits in season
then another pot of hot tea

if i were to go to a Chinese restaurant i would choose generous Tu's chicken

Szechuan Green Beans
Northern Style BBQ Ribs (with 5 spice powder)

Sweet and sour chicken or Sesame Chicken. Crab cheese rangoons are great for a snack

Crispy chicken in lemon sauce
Honey roast spare ribs
Crispy seaweed
Special chop suey
Singapore fried rice

half a chicken w/ yellow rice(no onions,just plain
and chicken broccoli w/ white rice YUM!!

Peking Duck

anything spicy! kung pao, firecracker, sichuan...
