PF Changs?!
Answers: I am not really a chinese food person but I love there Lettuce wraps. What else could I order that isn't too chinese foody from here?
It's been a long time since I have had PF CHangs, but I remember the lettuce wraps and the dumplings they had were incredible. All of their food was excellent. I don't think you can go wrong there!
Silly side note;
I remember once I had an owner of PF Changs in my Body shop because he drove his Cadillac Escalade into the almost open garage door! LOL~ just thought I would share that - this was in Northern California a few years back! His small accident cost him a couple of grand...and a little bit of shame!
the lettuce wraps are amazing!!!!
you could try the mongolian beef - there's not much of a rich sauce with it and its just beef and scallions in a sauce.
you can't go wrong with their fried rice though. it is just as good as the lettuce wraps - i suggest the shrimp fried rice.

I am not into Chinese food either. But I love their orange peel beef. Tender beef with orange sauce that is a bit spicy. It's the only thing I eat from there.
the chicken fried rice is to die for. I can't get enough of it!
PF Changs is American Chinese food, so it is not real Chinese food. Try the soup, Chinese Westlake minced beef soup

PF's is wonderful everything is good.. wait til they make Ur sauce at the tabve.. neat..!!!!
Sweet and sour pork w/ white rice is good.. the Seame chicken or beef is good.. !!!!!

be sure tell the waiter nothing spicy.. cuz they have hot food, and sauces there..

PF Chang is Paul Fleming Chang, an american run Chinese restaurant chain. He also has tons of steak houses and the likes. Many of his dishes aren't that authentic, but not that great either.
