I am making pork chops with mushroom gravy, red potatoes. steamed green beans in butter, garlic and almond sauce and some white wine by Robert Mondavi Riesling 2002
Japanese, good-quality Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Filipino, South African, etc.

Good Indian food is spectacular, but I think it's a triple-tie between that, great Chinese, or yummy sushi.
I love Filipino foods and sushi! I'm an Asian cuisine kinda girl!
Dinner tonight...if I have my way a bento box with some sushi!!
Mongolian BBQ....I absolutely love the fact that you can choose all the ingredients and they bbq right before your eyes and everything is so fresh!
PS: Tonight it's Italian.....chicken and herb ravioli with alfredo sauce and broccoli.
Chinese and Puerto Rican, probably cause I'm Puerto Ricanand its the food I eat everyday, but when I went to the U.S. I missed the food so much!

Autentic hispanic..specially if it's Dominican food!..White rice with pinto beans and stewed chicken and tostones!
I also love Middle Eastern and Mediterrenean cuisine (some of their dishes are very similar)...Stuffed grape leaves, kiebes, stuffed eggplants or cabbage, yogurt chicken, lamb, hummus, tabule, babaganush etc!
And I'm a sucker for Italian cuisine, because it's simple yet delicious, simply delicious! :P
