INTRODUCTION
Fall is good season to dry NAMULS (natural vegetables). If you buy them in a proper season, you can make an affluent meal table in winter.
Especially, dried vegetables have affluent inorganic matter and vitamin C. You can put the dried NAMULS in the water, and fry them.
Koreans eat these things in the winter festival, JONGWIRL DAEBORUM.
There are many dried NAMULS such as radish, zucchini, eggplant, pepper, leaf, and sprout of sweet potato and so on.
TORAN also belongs to these NAMULS. In October, if you dry TORAN in the affluent season, you can eat for a year.
