Try a specialty Asian market. The better ones have sushi grade fish.

I've never seen it at Costco. There isn't a Sam's Club where I live. Your best bet really is an Asian market. Or you could see if you can order it at a high end butcher, but I think it would be fresher at an Asian market.

A good quality seafood mkt or Whole Foods sells sushi grade fish.

I'd go with whole foods

If you are plannining on making sushi do not buy fish from market. Market fish may be fresh, but it has not undergone a special freezing process that kills livin organisims in the fish. You can go here and read more about it and buy sushi grade fish. http://www.catalinaop.com/?Click=8149. You may have to copy and paste.
