it's called "bibingka". If that's what you're looking for, well, you're in luck. These delicacies are cooked almost exclusively for the Christmas season.... ^^

ah!..simbang gabi made me remember this type of comfort food..it's called bibingka! they're yellow, with salted eggs at the top and sprinkled with coconut and cooked on a banana leaves...look it up on the net to find various recipes on making this one..still nothing beats the authenticity of eating this in the philippines during holiday season!..
