Can I use broccoli slaw inside spring rolls? What do I season it with?!

Question: I use coleslaw mixture when I don't want to cut up the vegetables myself. I smashed garlic with black pepper, salt and a little sugar. Make it into a paste and then I mix it with the slaw. This is the way my mom makes it she's from Thailand. Also add in some sweet onion because it gives the spring roll a natural sweetness. If you can find vermicelli noodles at it as well because it adds a different texture.

I would put a little sliced ginger in the slaw and mix it all with rice wine vinegar and soy sauce...very small "dashes" of both...then roll and fry.

I'd sprinkle dashes of worchestershire sauce and soy sauce (no salt) and a squeeze of lemon juice - optional: scrape a little hard cheese (edam) if you like. How about opening up an Asian-American restaurant serving "fusion fare"? You certainly got the right think!!

a little garlic and ginger .. salt and pepper .. that's it!
