Japanese(sushi), Korean(kimchi)
Ooooh, great question. I'm filipino, and live in Toronto Canada, where there are so many different Asian cultures here, often with their own "area" of town....I've tried them all, so here's my answer:
Chinese Food - (REAL Chinese, not 'buffet' Chinese)
Shrimp Fried Rice
Hot and Sour Soup
Roasted Duck
Vietnamese -
This baked or fried pork chop on top of steamed rice
Thai - Tom Yum Soup
Japanese - Tuna Tataki and Spicy Salmon Rolls with Miso Soup
Korean - Bulgogi or Kalbi with LOTS of kimchi
Filipino - Sinigang, I make it at home and can eat it every day!
Great. Now I'm hungry! Great question!
anything with vegetables I love! Thai noodles and vietnamese soups are delicious too!
I loved Chinese braised string beans because they are at least somewhat healthy for you and have great flavor.
tum yum noodle soup it is hot and sour and sweet, just yummy....
adobo - it brings back good ol' memories.
kare-kare, sisig, pansit palabok, lechon kawali, and many more! - just because they are delicious! (this is making me hungry! haha)
I love me some sushi.
Why you ask....well, because it's damn tasty.
Thai for the spiciness of course
I love Japanese sushi, miso soup, seaweed salad and tempura. Yum yum! Its healthy too!
I LOVE Vietnamese food; pho, bun, and com tay cam.
I also love Japanese gyoza and miso soup, Thai pad see ew, and steamed or fried Chinese dumplings and buns.
peanut chicken and egg-rolls (chinese)
cuz theyr yummy, of course

Spicy Beef Salad is good, quick and easy to make...has to be one of my favs...
chinese food would have to be either pork buns or string beans or general taos chicken yummy
miso soup!
helsle yes and eggrols! not spring rolls!
(spring rolls taste like sh*tt wrapped in flour)
# 1.) Japanese. I lived there. While I did, I never ate "American" food because my desire was to find a Japanese food I did not like, just so I would feel like less of a tourist. I feel like a tourist because I never found ONE thing I didn't like.
#2.) Chinese. The endless recipe. Delicious food and you could eat 3 Chinese meals a day for your entire life and never have the same dish twice.
# 3.) Vietnamese. Lusciously flavored food. Sharp, crisp, flavorful, and VERY satisfying.
Definitely Thai. Because it's usually very fresh ingredients, simply cooked, lots of basil and vegetables, adn healthy.
I enjoy Vietnamese Pho if it does NOT have tripe in it! Gagamaggot!
I love Vietnamese food....Pho is the best.....but I like most any of it....
crab ran goons! I can just eat em up! I also love fried rice and pad chicken is the bomb! I eat ALLOT of Asian food, don't know why really, I just like the different tastes.
Japanese. I love sashimi, sushi, udon, and yakisoba. Yum :)
Malaysia's Beef Rendang, Masam Manis Bawal Hitam ( a mild fish served
with a sweet and sour sauce), Roti Canai, Kuih Lapis and these
Why? Because of the sauces mostly! All their dishes are full of flavor
from herbs and spices. Oh and sayur lemak is great!
I like all of them but usually stick with my favorites...Chinese food - tofu with spicy bean paste and ground pork, sauteed spinach with garlic, and a lot more. Japanese - miso soup, sashime (tuna and yellow tail), Cali roll, spicy tuna or scallop rolls, teriyaki chicken, that beef dish with glass noodle and tofu in brown sweet sauce, steamed eggs in a cup, and more. Thai - all time favorite is Green Curry Chicken, pod Thai noodles, and tom yum soup. Vietnamese - beef pho, egg rolls, broken rice dish with char BBQ pork and steamed eggs. Korean - something from Tofu House (tofu dishes), and Korean BBQ.
Chinese: Love their Chinese broccoli with garlic and oyster sauce.
Vietnamese: I enjoy their noodle soup (PHO) with the big rice noodles and seafood.
Thai: Pad se ew is the best. It is stir fried big rice noodles with veggies and meat of your choice.
