yes it is fine mmmmmmmm

yea, its just going to cost more money

Yes.

It is safe to use for cooking but is too heavy to use for frying as it burns at a lower temperature than vegetable, peanut, canola or coconut oil.

It isn't that olive oil is bad if its heated, but it loses its beneficial qualities. Thats why its cold pressed. When heated it is just as bad as any other oil.

yes i use it all the time for cooking and frying.

Yes.

It's got a low burn temp so do not fry in it. Everything else is ok though. Another thing, I got some of that olive oil no-stick Pam for cooking, it always burn in my sautee pans but the regular doesn't. If your going to use it for oven "frying" keep in mind blander foods will be more likely to take on the olive flavor. Through experience I have had olive oil flavored fries and didn't really like em. Good luck

I wouldn't risk it. It is pretty unstable at high temperatures. Stick with coconut oil, or palm oil.

You can use it for everything but frying since it has a low flash point (where it catches on fire) But a good subsitute would be canola, vegitable or even penut oil (don't worry about alergies with the penut oil it's harmful protein are not a concern when it reaches higher tempertures if at all)
