I ordered egg foo yung last night and i refrigerated the leftovers, how do i make the gravy less jelly like?!

Once you introduce heat the jelly like state will dissipate. The heat will cause the molecules to expand hence giving it a more liquid form and in doing so. It will resort back to its original state.

when you heat it up, it turns to gravy again. may have to stir. if it doesnt change, DONT go there again

the jelly is the cornstarch in the sauce. just heat it up. the microwave is best because it heats up the water in the food and wont scorch the meat and vegetables.

Microwaving it will make it magically melt into the gravy-consistency. Add a bit of water if you need to and stir it well. Oh I could just eat some, GIMME IM HUNGOVER I WANT IT
