Answers: I do not know any recipies of any smothies so please tell me some

Here's one we made up in our house:
2 Cups Ice
Pour in milk until ice starts to float(we use soy milk)
A Handful of frozen blueberries
4-5 frozen strawberries
1 banana
Blend until smooth! Yum! Nutritious!
**We sometimes also add a scoopful of a powdered protein shake mix, or energy boosting drink mix w/all the vitamin B's. You'll have to add a tiny bit more milk if you do.

There are good recepies with frozen strawberries, chunks of banana, or other types of fruit. You can add to those in the blender milk, sorbet, or yogurt--maybe a little sugar in there. You can go for a tarty type of smoothie by adding lemon sorbet and orange juice. Or something sweet like strawberry banana with milk/yogurt. Hope that helps a little.

Dust off your blender for a delicious smoothie that'll provide your daily servings of fruit. Whirl up a batch of these healthful and delicious drinks in no time.
