Halal meat is indian takeaway

Nandos. Their chicken is at some outlets.

You mean Halal, some Indian takeaways are halal but not all. Muslims eat Halal meat but not all Indian restaurants are owned by Muslims. Check when you call.

wtf is halla?? do you mean halal?? halal is usually middle eastern...

Indian

You do NOT want Halal..
Sorry had to leave
Just for information BEEF is just BEEF
as for the silly notion there is any good from the religious,, islam or the kosher ,,KILLING the cow the cow is still dead..
If a fast food (takeaway's) wants the religious radicals $$
the thing to remember THERE IS "NO" difference. just dead meat
EDIT:
Thank's a lot Folks
rather judgmental !!!
Edit
I did not see your objections to The Bleeding
SORRY your cannot eat any meat
It just not the way it is done ALL meat is hung to bleed .
and All meat will contain blood because it is IMPOSSIBLE
to clean the capillaries

Good for you, a person of principles. I don't think you'll find Halal meat used in any of the major chains. It's usually Indian, Pakistani and Arabic takeaways.

Halal is an arabic word meaning permissable. The Islamic concept of halal is that of slaughtering the animal mentioning ,' bismillah' or 'in the name of God/Allah', whilst facing Mecca, by cutting the throat, meaning the jugular vein and windpipe at the same time.
The blood flows out quickly, the lungs empty of air and mucus etc and then if the animal was not stunned or saw any other animals being slaughtered then there will be no adrenaline in the meat.
It is far more sanitary and the meat is cleaner than the regular club 'em or shoot 'em type procedures. The draining of the blood is essential as that is what is most likely to carry any disease or infection. (When you go to the doctors when you are ill, they would sooner test a little of your blood than take a slice of muscle out of your arm for a quick diagnosis).
If it bothers you how the animal died be sure that this is a better method and more 'humane'.
If it bothers you that the animal died then dont eat meat, the choice is yours.
The Jews do the same and call it 'kosher'. So at least 25% of the world find a good way to slaughter their animals.

Oh and muslims can be from any branch of the human race.

Any food stall or restaurant run by a Muslim is halal, as this is the regulation for their food consumption. Pretty much like kosher for the Jews. I think the halal sign / logo is usually displayed on the shop, so just look out for it.

Do you mean halal meat? Halal meet is eaten by Muslims: the animal is bled and riuals are performed on it. Not all Indian takeaways will serve halal meat, but many do simply so that the Muslim population will eat there. I live in Manchester where there is a strong Asian community and many of our takeaways serve halal meat, including the pizza places, because many of them are run by Bangladeshi people.

Indian takeaways are far, far more likely than Chinese places to serve halal meat.
