What are some popluar Spaniard---not Mexican-- dishes?!

Question: I would like to know what some popular Spaniard dishes are that not Mexican. I know they share a lot of the same culture but I figure that Spaniards have their own dishes. I don't really need recipes just names of them. It would help me a lot. Also if possible to know what some major hoildays in Spain are. Any information helps not matter how little. Thanks in adavance!
