Answers: I havent really had dosa with sugar. It's traditionally eaten with coconut chutney & sambhar.

dosa with honey is delecious
It would taste like sweet crepes and I have had crepes...so i assume it would be good. I have also tried the spaghetti sheera/kheer (sweet iddiyappam) and I like it! I hear they serve garlic iceream in Gilroy garlic festival.
Havent tried the other things u mentioned.
Very good combination, you must try Kheer with methi matthi or kadak maida puri, Khichadi with gujrati kadi., Jalebi with rabri, aaloo paratha with raita, raddish paratha or makki ki roti with potata peas bhaji
