Pa Jeon of Ba jeon

Pancake using seafood, especially oysters and clams, and green onions in a mixture of flour and beaten eggs. After putting the seafood and the green onions in the mixture, they are deep fried. Pajeon is normally an appetiser with beer of more likely Soju and type of rice based alcoholic drink.

There are many dishes of sliced fish and everything in korea is served with red hot chilli sauce or Kimchi

Don't know the dish you are asking about but the cylinders have to be squid ( calamari )
