What did you...?!

Question: What did you have for dinner tonight?
I had a Middle Eastern dish called maklubah, which means upside down. It sounds funny in English lol. Also baked chicken with side servings.

I boiled some egg noodles- enough for one person. I sliced up a green onion, a handful of grape tomatoes, a little bit of red and green bell pepper, a handful of snow peas, a couple cloves of garlic. I sauteed that with a little olive oil and thyme. Then I added a 6 or 7 medium cooked shrimp and sauteed until warm, and added a little fresh limon juice. I tossed the pasta with a few drops of olive oil and added the veggies and shrimp to the top. I sprinked on some feta crumbles and enjoyed!
