How to cook fresh turkey tails/butts?!
Answers: I see them in the supermarket but don't have the slightest idea how to cook them. Do you do them just like a turkey? Roast?
Pan roast them in the oven, on a rack in the pan so they drip down, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic...375 degrees until brown, crispy and dripping.
You can do them on the grill (BBQ) but watch out for dripping grease...
Munch with salt, chile, lemon...YUM!
Salt and pepper (or use your favorite seasoning) them and just roast them.
