When you order chinese food and dine in, do you share entrees or order separately?!
When just two of us, we order at least 2 dishes and rice or noodles and share!
Answers: I agree with mangal!!! For 4 to 6 persons, we order 3 to 6 dishes then order steamed rice or fried rice or noodles, no matter we are having Shanghainese / Cantonese / Szechuan / Hunan / Mandarin / Yunan ... etc. cuisine!

Sharing is the best!!!!!!
we each will order different dish then share it.
Share of course. Although we usually only order 1 meal between the two of us, so not sharing is not an option...
Chinese food entrees are usually meant to be shared unless you buy individual dinner plates.
Separate dishes, then share, family style. That's the best.
No matter who I'm with, how many I'm with or where we go in Philadelphia's Chinatown or in the metropolitan area, after getting the menus, THE VERY FIRST thing I say is,
"We didn't come here to be at a mini-banquet. Whatever you decide to order, I'll order something different AND WE WILL share!"
That's what I prefer. That's what we do.
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

Always share most people would call it "Family Style", that way we all get to try different dishes instead of the usual. It's not just for Chinese Restaurants it's always done for any other Asian Restaurants.
of course you share!!! it's like the rules - order a whole loada food, have a spinning table, have some steamed rice and BAM good eating for ya =)
My family shares. It's more fun that way. accept for my egg drop soup...nobody touches my soup!
We share. And not only in chinese restaurants. My family always shares food with each other. We like to eat family style.
i usually hog from everyone elses plates
All chinese meals are supposed to be shared and all courses are served together. This is also true of Indian meals. It is a western practice to have courses served seperately.
It is customary to share several dishes, which are served mostly at the same time.
