Are Ramen Noodles avaiable in North America?!

Question: Most grocery stores have the cheap, dried/fried ramen noodles (Top Ramen, Maruchan, etc) in assorted flavors. They get a bad rep as college/dorm food, but they can be made tasty if you add meats (chicken, ham, pork, egg, wontons, etc) and vegetables (cabbage, bok choy, bean sprouts, etc), and go easy on the seasoning packet. Also, the noodles can be boiled then added to stir fries or cold noodle salads (e.g. Japanese hiyashi chuuka soba style food).

For better quality ramen noodles, you'll have to go to an asian grocery store. You can buy uncooked non-fried ramen noodles in bags/ packs. I've seen other types of noodles (udon in particular) frozen as well as wet in vacuum-sealed packages.
