Has anyone tasted Chinese food "jiaozi"?and what are you?!

Question: think about that?

Answers: think about that?

They are steamed dumplings with ground pork fillings with chopped green onions, salt and pepper, and a tiny little seasme oil - yeah, I know this because my dad used to own a Chinese restaurant. The traditional way the steamed dumplings are serve with Hot and Sour soup on the side, and the sauce is made up of mixture of soy sauce, drops of vinegar, shredded giners, and if you like it spicy, you add chiness spicy chilli past to it. Yum....sometimes I skip venegar because I don't really care for sour stuff. ah..so good for cold weathers..You can find some decent ones in local grocery store. Just try them out..
