How about Romanian kitchen?!
Answers: who ever tried Romanian cuisine and what was most impressive abut it
I was a dishwasher in a Romanian kitchen in 1999- on the Washington DC Mall, between the Washington Monument and the Capitol. The food was great - sauer krauts - plain or stuffed (smuggled in, pre-0911), mamaliga (sort of a polenta or grits), chicken and garlic, wow! I gained ten pounds in two weeks. Oh, and the Romanians were amazing - we fed them our DC version of their food and they established a black market to sell their food coupons for rip-off Americanized Romanian food to tourists ON the DC Mall! That may have been the closest the Natl Park Service has ever come to capitalism.
Did I tell you: I gained 10 pounds in two weeks washing Romanian dishes!
