it's not Japanese!
It's a version of a very popular Taiwanese saute dish. The green can only be found in Chinese/asian stores. It's a morning glory family green grown for it's leaves and have hollow stems, hence the name "hollow green"(KON SHIN TSAI)
I personally don't think it's a good idea to add shrimp in it. Saute it with garlic is the best.

This is not a japanese dish, but a chinese dish. It is eaten in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Philipines, Vietnam and Indonesia.The name of the vegetable is kangkong and the dish is stir fry with prawns and chilis

Is the vegetable sauce hot? If it is, it is probably fry with sambal. If not, it is probably fry with oyster sauce.

It is not a Japanese dish. It is a dish commonly found and cooked in South East Asia, it is call "Sambal KangKong" or "Stir fry Kang Kong". Your photo shows "Stir-fry KangKong". The vegetable is called KangKong (either grown on water or in soil). You can get them from any Asian Supermarkets. You will need:

2 bunch KangKong
4 tablespoon Oyster sauce (XO sauce)
200g Prawns (peeled)
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat oil in wok. Add sauce, water and prawns. When prawns turn slightly pink, toss in the vegetable and seasonings. Do not overcook the vegetable. Stir-fry for only 5 minutes and you are done.
