thinly sliced onions- one per head of cabbage, nothing else, but salt and pepper to taste
if you mean IN your cabbage


2 ) some people put corned beef in their cabbage

collard greens
brussel sprouts
cream corn

Onions and shredded carrots

You may want to add onion and green pepper to the mix to give your dish a richer flavor. Also a dash of cayenne pepper. That ought to do it!

add in some mayo, carrots, sesame seeds n a dash of olive oil plus a pinch of salt for taste

a jalapeno pepper
