I know some healthy and delicious drink recipes. Here are some:

Melon Madness Smoothie Recipe

- 1/2 cups seeded and chopped watermelon
-1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped honeydew melon
-Juice of 2 limes
-1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
-1 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Makes 4 servings

Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

-1 banana
-1 1/2 cup Dannon Vanilla Yogurt (fat free)
-3/4 cup frozen peaches
-1 whole frozen strawberry container
-1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate

Place all ingredients in blender, add ice to fill blender and blend. Serves 2.

I Love Strawberries Milkshake

-1 cup milk
-6 scoops strawberry ice cream
-2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream topping
-1 tablespoon whipped cream (optional)
-Fresh strawberries, sliced, (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped topping and sliced strawberries.

take a can of pinapple fanta and mix it with white grape juice (just a little) then put pinapple ice cream on top, party fav. to Report It

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger root, freshly grated
    3 cups White grape juice, chilled
    3 large Peaches, or nectarines, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
    3/4 cup Seltzer water, chilled

    Directions:
    Place ginger, 1.5 cups of the grape juice, and the peaches or nectarines in a blender or food processor and puree. Combine the remaining grape juice, the blened peaches, and the seltzer.

    3.00 tb Butter or margarine
    6.00 lg Ripe bananas, peeled and
    -quartered lengthwise
    1.00 Orange, Juice of
    1.00 Orange peeled,pitted & diced
    3.00 tb Brown sugar, firmly packed
    0.50 c Shredded coconut

    Directions:
    1. Melt butter or margarine in a shallow, heat-resistant, non- metallic baking dish in Microwave Oven 30 seconds. 2. Place bananas in baking dish and coat well with butter or mar garine. 3. In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and pieces and brown sugar until well blended. Spoon over bananas. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until bananas are soft and glazed. 5. Just before serving, sprinkle with coconut. Serve either hot or cold.

    Ingredients:
    2 pints Strawberries
    4 cups Vanilla ice cream
    2 Lemon peel, grated
    1 cup Fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 cup Fresh squeezed orange juice
    2/3 cup Sugar
    2 cups Crushed ice
    1 Lemon, sliced into rings

    Directions:
    Puree the berries in a blender to yield about 2 cups. In the blender, combine strawberry puree and the remaining ingredients except for the lemon rings. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon rings.

    1 banana

    1/2 cup orange banana juice

    Combine all ingredients in a blender, process about 20 seconds or until
    smooth.

    Peachy Smoothie
    Makes 1 smoothie

    about 4 slices canned peaches in mango juice
    as much as needed milk
    amount wanted honey
    a pinch cinnamon
    about 7 cubes ice


    Use a can of Peaches in Mango juice. Scoop out about 4 peach slices with a bit of the mango juice into the barmix container.Add some milk (the amount depends on how peachy you want it to be.)Then some honey and a pinch of cinnamon (optional.) Also add ice to the ingredients. After the ingredients are ready use the barmix until most of the peaches and the ice is drinkable. Pour into a glass and enjoy your smoothie with friend or even just for breakfast.

    Slushy Punch

    3 cups sugar
    6 cups water
    1 large can pineapple juice
    2 small cans orange juice
    3 oranges, peeled
    5 bananas


    Mix ingredients together in a blender to create a concentrate and freeze. When ready to use, mix 2 parts concentrate and 1 part 7-UP or any other soda.
