Answers: Any drink. A milkshake, pop, Icee, Slushie?

The pain is not caused by the cold temperature alone, but rather, quick warming of the hard palate. Brain freeze is often a result of speaking or breathing out of the mouth after consuming something cold.the pain that we feel is a stabbing or aching type of pain that usually recedes within 10–20 seconds after its onset, but sometimes may last 30–60 seconds; in rare cases it can persist for up to five minutes. The pain is usually located in the midfrontal area, but can be unilateral in the temporal, frontal, or retro-orbital regions

i would say about 10 degrees above freezing?

i don't really get brain freezes. Just keep it off of the roof of your mouth.

it must be as cold as liquid nitrogen.

a lot of different drinks, depends on how cold it is, and depends on the person, i never get brain freezes, but whenever my friend drinks something cold she gets them.

HOW COLD...... ICE COLD!!!!!

Anything below 20 degrees Drunken excessively will give you massive brain freeze.

I think it needs to contain frozen crystals, something carrying a lot of cold (heat sucking ability) in a small form.
