Biscuit quiz - which biscuit is a "lucky escape"? And which is a "yellow sandwich"?!

Question: These are two missing answers for a cryptic quiz about biscuits and crackers. For example a cream cracker is "mad dairy", shortbread is "little loaf".

By the way, the answers to this will help my Grandma to enter a competition in her nursing home - so no pressure then.
