To anyone who attended or is attending Le Cordon Bleu in Paris...?!
Answers: Hi! I will be attending Le Cordon Bleu Paris in September and I just wanted to know what past students thought of the program and what you did after you graduated. Do you know any nice appartments near the school? Or maybe areas that I should stay away from? If you have any information please let me know! Thank you for your answers!
Its a great opportunity for you to improve in your culinary abilities! Some advice that served me well.. study hard, be early for class, and always have your whites as clean as when you get them from the cleaners, and well they are French the chefs are AMAZING but they also are French, they are stuck up, arrogant and well you will just have to deal with it. Did i mention they are French??.. getting back to cooking.. You will learn a lot but just because you have been to prestigious schools doesn't mean you can learn to cook. You better be top notch if you want to get into the high end restaurants in the world.. I enjoyed my time there and I have a friend who is just returning from her training there. She couldn't get over the fact that they didn't like her, and she thought they were too stuck up to her. But thats just basically the experience of everybody who has gone there.
Have Fun!
