How is french toast?!

Question: good

Answers: good

excellent

my favourit thing YUM!

GOOD!!! with maple syrup.. or honey.. YUMM!!!

I would love to toast a Frenchman

Sort of mushy, and not my cup of tea. I know those who love its eggy taste, and texture though.

pretty

fabulous if made properly
and even better with a little nice cheese melted between 2 slices
cook 2 slices together, both on just one side, flip one over so its cooked side up, place on a little cheese of choice, LIFT the other slice on top, cooked side still down so the cooked side is on the cheese, cook the "sandwich" on the side its on now till brown, then flip the whole thing over, and cook on the underside-that was the top if you see what i mean, the cheese melts and is delicious, you can add whatever else you fancy, shallots is nice, or mushrooms

Bread dipped in a mix made up of egg w/ a little bit of milk; then it is fried in a skillet w/ hot oil and turned over once. Then you put it on the plate and put some butter on it and some syrup. Yummie.....now I want some. Oh, don't forget the coffee....a must with french toast. AND have a glass of cold fresh milk too.

its not french, its from New Jersey, go figure.

French toast is the best - some butter and powdered sugar, maybe some real maple syrup - delicious.

I don't know what the hype is all about! I LIVE IN FRANCE and the bread over here is no different to over where you are from! They tend to use baguettes more than ,flat, sliced bread. Then they cut the baguette in half and put it in a toaster...ummm....not the thrilling answer you must of been after eh?
Anyway, I personally prefer our own flat bread as it's what I'm used to. We've only been in france for 2 years and we all love it but the food is relatively the same.

There are, however, some things that the french don't eat that I really miss! Baked beans or English sausages for exemple! Or marmite or even peanut butter! And last but not least, the french love thier bread and thier garlic but....THEY DON'T EAT GARLIC BREAD!!!!!

Hope this helped!

ain't bad

its delicious,
espically when you have cinammon on it, and then syrup
