Put the veggies in a bowl of water and put that bowl in the fridge. The day you present the veggie tray, dump the water from the bowl into a colander. Shake the colander a little just enough to remove the excess water. Then arrange the veggies on the tray.

put them in a bowl of water in the fridge

put a lid on it and sprinkle water on them

wrap the plate with plastic wrap really tight and put them in the fridge.
It should be fine =]

wrap the cut vegetables in damp paper towels, put into a zip top bag and refrigerate. They'll be fine overnight.

put them in fresh packaging containers from wal-mart.

Wrap them in damp pater towels and put them in a plastic storage bag.

Don't cut watery veggies like cucumbers or tomatos ahead of time.

Water and lemon juice

Submerge carrots and celery in water & put in fridge. You can keep broccoli, brussel sprouts in a closed container in fridge.
