Looking for Chocolate Spoons?!

Question: I live in the Phoenix area and am in charge of sending out our company's employee Christmas gifts. I already have mugs and coffee bags and would like to add in a chocolate dipped spoon (Pre-Made!). Any places you recommend would be good, I am on a time schedule! Thank you!
