White Chocolate...?!
But then I noticed that the taste is different than milk/dark chocolate. Is white chocolate dyed or is it actually a different mix and thats its natural color?
Answers: I always assume that white chocolate was simply chocolate that had been dyed white...just as pink, yellow and blue chocolate are dyed.

It is it's natural color. It tastes different because it is "missing" some ingredients common to dark or milk chocolate. Here is what Wikipedia has to say about it:
"White chocolate is a confection of sugar, cocoa butter, and milk solids. Unlike chocolate, white chocolate contains neither chocolate liquor nor cocoa solids. The low melting point of cocoa butter allows white chocolate and chocolate to remain solid at room temperature, yet melt easily in the mouth. As such, white chocolate has a texture similar to that of milk chocolate."
Bert
it has a natural color, unlike when you are making a brown chocolate you have to put cocoa.
it is the natural color
white chocolate
is actually the "bad" part of the chocolate
its the part that is settled on top of the
"good" chocolate.
...or so i've heard.
Its a different mix not just dyed
