Best way to reheat Hot wings?!
Answers: My family and I went to the best place in arizona to get 100 hot wings. Now we have left overs and we cant find a decent way to reheat them. Please help us. I tried the oven but it didnt work well.
Reheat in a med./high - high heat frying pan with veg/corn oil. Toss with tong over heat until crunchy. Put wings on paper towels to catch extra oil.
Hope that helps.
wrap them in an airtight foil pouch and put them in a 325 degree PRE-HEATED oven until they are warm.
It can be tough to reheat hot wings. Because they are deep fried the first time that they are cooked, it can be difficult to reheat them without loosing the moisture on the inside. I'd say use a microwave. It won't be as good as at the restaurant but won't dry the wings out as much as heating them in the oven.
do what "crazyguy" says, only brush them with veggie oil before you seal up the pouch... this way, they'll keep moist because you're sort of "re-frying" them.
They're never quite as good as when you FIRST get em, though.. but this will get you close.
I would use a microwave. I think hot wings are pretty good cold, if you havent tried eating them cold i would try that to see if you like that.
