Caffeine in cappuccinos?!

Answers: does anyone know how much caffeine is in cappuccinos? im talking about the kind you would get at the gas station. im not a coffee drinker, but i like to get these cappuccinos when I need a boost, but I was wondering if its equivalent to coffee?

unless it is specifically specified there is caffiene in those. I worked in one of those stores that sold those and on my off time I decided to look at the nutrition facts just for jollys one day. It had basically the same ingredients as in instant cappucinos that you see in the grocery store. There is sugar in them therefore lots of carbs. ok they consider a serving to be 5 oz. 90 calories with 15 fat cal. carbs are 18 grams. so your 20 oz cappucino is a whopping 320 cal of which there is 60 cal of fat and 72 grams of carbs.
Not having the brand name, I can't tell you specifically, but I would be willing to bet that it has just as much if not more than an average cup of coffee. As for the nutritional facts, turn the bottle around, read the back.
BUY DECAFFINATED CUPPUCCINOS if you're afraid of caffine, otherwise it's no different from any cup of coffee.
BUY DIET CUPPUCCINOS if you don't want calories. remember there's chocolate in the cup!
