Potassium: protects against high blood pressure and you can find foods rich in potassium in fruits, dairy, fish, and whole grains. If lacking of potassium some of the symptoms you may noticed: dry skin, acne, chills, diarrhea, impaired cognitive function, muscle spasms, thirst, insomnia, elevated cholesterol, decreased blood pressure.
I know you may not need this information but I wanted to instill the importance of potassium for everyone.

In fruits: dried apricots, apricots, apples, avocado, grapefruit, blueberries, banana, orange, grapes cantaloupe, strawberries, nectarines, prunes, raisins and dates.

In Dairy: Buttermilk, American cheese, and Yogurt

In Meats: chicken, beef, bacon, bologna, salmon, tuna, lamb and turkey.

In Vegetables: carrots, broccoli, corn, celery, beets, olives, dry beans, peas, baked potatoes, spinach, squash, sweet potatoes, tomatoes or tomato juice.
