Has anyone eaten Omaha Steaks & if so how good is it?!
Answers: B/c I'm considering ordering it & would like to get the opinion of those who have tried it.
They're good.. but I really don't think they're worth the price. If you're lucky enough to have one... visit a neighborhood (or its worth the drive if there's one close-ish) butcher.. fresh meats, you only buy what you need/want per recipe.. and NO shipping fees!
I've personally never had them, but I've heard nothing but good things about them.
Yes, they are very good. My husband is a big steak eater and is also very picky about what he eats.
Fair to middling taste, rubber-ish, and very expensive. Go to your nearest supermarket and buy the steak of your choice, it's much better.
I used to get them a lot, but there customer service was not the greatest. There steaks are over priced per pound compared to say Costo or BJs wholesale. there steaks are good dont get me wrong but not the best for the price per pound, plus sometimes they are watery. Which I think means the animal was salted so it would over drink at the water bowl so it will weigh more at market. enjoy.
