How can I be sure that dishes made in China that I use to serve/store food, are lead free and therefore safe?!

Question: I stopped using anything for food with "Made in China" on them because I just don't know and I don't want to take the chance.

you can't

I'm not sure.... other than buying new ones NOT made in China, I don't think there's anyway to be positive they're safe.

There are lead testing kits you can get. Probably at the local hardware store.

I usually eat dishes made in china but it's ok for me 'till this day, except that's out of expired date.
